IMPORTANT NOTES:

• You can only renew during the renewal period October through January 1st.  The renewal rate is $25 per person.
• If you do not renew during the renewal period, all of your information will need to be re-entered when you rejoin as a new member . If you enter your email and the system does not recognize it, you will need to rejoin.
• To rejoin after the renewal period, Click Here to fill out an application as a new member.

How to renew (during the renewal period Oct-Jan 1):

Click on the "Log In " button in the upper right hand corner. (If you do not know your password see instructions below.)

Click on the profile icon in the upper right hand corner () and Select "View profile". 

Scroll down and click on the renew button Renew to Wednesday, January  01, 2026

Verify/update all information. 

Click "Update and Next" button.

Complete the online form and pay online using a Credit Card or a Debit Card. 

Renewing members can receive a current year sticker for their badge at the next in-person monthly club meeting.

If you need a new name badge you may order one for $5 at the next in-person meeting.

Instructions for resetting your password (or first time login):  

If you have never logged in (or forgot your password), click on the “LOG IN” button in the upper right-hand portion of the screen.

Select “Forgot password”

Enter your email and check “I’m not a robot”.

Click on “Submit”

You should receive an email from the system (The Villages Democratic Club) in a few minutes.

Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
